Venue Rentals for Events

The Modern Art Gallery responds to the Central Culture Directorate of the Municipality of Milan.
The Modern Art Gallery DOES NOT rent its spaces for private use. Requests like: organizing conventions, weddings, corporate events WILL NOT receive an answer.

The Modern Art Gallery’s rooms are not “spaces used for income.” They are used only for institutional activities, as part of the culture program of the Gallery itself and the Municipality of Milan. These spaces may be rented – as exception – only through economic or technical sponsoring, for which specific tenders on the Municipality of Milan’s web site must be consulted (on line services, tenders and city publications, open tenders, notices, initiative specs).
For the use of the Ball Room and the Parnassus Room for conferences, book presentations, conventions, contact the Museum Director and propose your project. If it is deemed interesting and pertinent to the themes and activities of the Museum, an agreement may be reached for scheduling a visit and the possible event. Send your request by filling in the attached form (venue rental request form) and mail it to c.gamcomune.milanoit
Note that the Ball Room seats max 80 and the Parnassus Room seats max 40.

The Modern Art Gallery cannot be used as a publicity location. Photo and film/video shoots are authorized only if the Museum is an integral part of the project that makes its cultural role clear. For this type of rental (which has to be compatible with the life of the Museum and opening hours), send in a proposal that highlights the role of the Museum in the work.
